Before you set up a professional profile
Will clients know I'm an agent?
Yes — and that is the strength. The Verified Agent mark says Propmart has checked who you are, and clients choose someone checked over someone they know nothing about. Posting as an owner while working as an agent is against the terms of use.
What is the difference between a team and a company?
A team is agents working together without a registered company. It uses the same Verified Agent mark as an agent and clients always see the person — what it adds is that listings and leads belong to the team. A company verifies with its registration certificate, gets the gold Business mark and can show listings and chat under its brand.
Can an owner or admin who isn't an agent use it?
Yes — many teams have admins who post and manage listings while agents take clients to viewings and close deals · The owner verifies their identity and creates the team or company (a company also attaches its registration certificate) · Admins join by invitation with no identity check, because clients never see them — a listing always shows its responsible agent or the company brand
Do I have to verify my identity again?
Every account that posts listings is already verified — if you have posted before, this step is done and only your working name and areas remain. Thailand has no agent register, so identity verification is what gives the Verified Agent mark its meaning.
Do I need to be an agent to use Property Match?
No — anyone with a listing that matches a seeker's requirement can send an offer, owners and agents alike.
Can I post listings with ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, on every account — connect at Seller Centre › AI connections and describe the home in chat. The AI drafts the listing; you check it, add photos and publish. Anything that uses credits, like boosting, waits for your approval.
