What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a site leaves in your browser so it can remember something while you use it — for example, that you are signed in, so you do not type your password on every page.

This site also uses browser storage (localStorage) for a few things: that you already answered the cookie question, and the light or dark theme you picked. This page calls all of it cookies, to keep things readable.

What we actually use today

As of the date above, the site uses strictly necessary and preference cookies only.

· A session cookie for signing in — without it you cannot stay signed in.

· The choices you made — language, light or dark theme, and your cookie answer.

We have no analytics or marketing cookies at all, and no third-party tracking scripts — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel. Those categories appear in the settings ahead of time so that if we ever do add one, your choice is respected from day one.

The categories

· Strictly necessary — cannot be turned off, because the site stops working without them; you could not sign in.

· Preferences — remember your language and theme. You can turn these off, but you will have to choose again on every visit.

· Analytics — measure how pages are used so the service can be improved.

· Marketing — show content or advertising that is relevant to you.

Change your mind at any time

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of every page to reopen the panel and change your choices whenever you like.

Withdrawing consent has to be as easy as giving it. That is why the link is on every page rather than buried in a menu.

Your answer is stored in that browser only. It is not tied to your account, so a different device — or clearing your browser data — means we ask again.

Every browser can refuse or delete cookies on its own too. Look under the privacy settings of the browser you use.

If you block strictly necessary cookies you can still browse listings, but you will not be able to sign in or use anything that needs an account.

If we start using a new category of cookie we will update this page along with the date above, and where the change is material we will ask for your consent again.
