Who may use this, and your account

You must be 18 or older and give truthful information when you sign up.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password safe — what happens through your account is treated as done by you.

A work account for a team is separate from your personal account. Listings and customers handled in a team account belong to that team.

What Propmart is

We are a place to publish and search property listings. We do not own the properties, we do not act as an agent in a sale or a lease, and we are not a party to your deal.

Listing information comes from whoever published it. We do not verify every listing for accuracy. Always check the property, the title documents, and the other party's identity yourself before you pay anything.

A verification badge means we have seen that person's documents. It is not a guarantee of their trustworthiness or of the quality of a property.

Listing rules

· Publish only property you are actually entitled to offer, as the owner or on the owner's instruction.

· Price, size, location, and status must be true on the day you publish, and must be updated when they change.

· Photos must be of that property. Do not use someone else's photos without permission.

· Do not publish the same property several times to climb the results, and do not use a listing to advertise unrelated goods or services.

Credits and payment

One credit keeps one listing on the site for 30 days. It is spent when you publish or renew.

Hiding or deleting a listing yourself part-way through does not return the credit, and purchased credits expire one year after they are granted.

For now we accept PromptPay transfers confirmed by a slip. Credits arrive once a staff member has checked that the money did.

Confirmed payments are generally non-refundable, except where the cause was a fault on our side — contact us if you believe that is the case.

Moderation and takedowns

Users can report a listing, and we may take a listing down without prior notice when the matter is urgent.

While a listing is down for review, its credit clock is paused rather than lost. If the review clears it, the remaining time resumes where it stopped.

You can appeal a decision from your own listing page, and we will review it.

What is not allowed

· Giving false information, impersonating someone, or making a new account to evade a suspension.

· Automated bulk extraction of data from the site without permission.

· Attempting to reach other users' data, probing the system, or disrupting the service.

· Posting content that is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, or is meant to deceive.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close the account, and remaining credits may end with it.

Content you post

The listings, photos, and messages you post remain yours.

You do grant us permission to display, copy, and resize them as far as running this service requires, including showing them in search results and across the site's index pages.

Limits of our liability

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

We are not liable for loss arising from a deal between you and another user, or from relying on a listing without checking it yourself.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms and will update the date above on any material change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
